1. The Appellant lodged an appeal using the GRC1 form on 20 March 2025. The appeal was incomplete as the Appellant did not include a copy of the decision they sought to challenge, sign the statement of truth or state the result the Appellant is seeking in section 9.

2. The Tribunal wrote to inform the Appellant that the appeal was incomplete on 2 April 2025. By Directions dated 2 April 2025 the Appellant was required to provide a copy of the decision they sought to challenge to the Tribunal within 28 days. The Appellant failed to do so.

3. By Directions issued on 11 June 2025 the Appellant was required to complete section 9 of the GRC1 form, sign the Statement of Truth and provide a dated copy of the decision to the Tribunal by 9 July 2025.

4. The Appellant was directed to note that failure to comply with the Direction could lead to the Tribunal striking out the appeal for failure to comply without further direction.

5. The Appellant failed to comply with the Direction dated 11 June 2025 and accordingly there are grounds to strike out the appeal.
