1. In the particular circumstances of this case, and having heard the representations that have been made to me by all the parties, I do take the view that this is an appropriate case to take place in private and I therefore so direct. I do so, in particular, because of the express wishes of RD that the intensely personal matters that are being discussed in relation to her health should not take place in public. 2. I make it clear that the one member of the public who joined the remote hearing understood this and willingly withdrew.
