Full judgment

1. MR JUSTICE OUSELEY: I have read the papers in this case. I am prepared to grant the extension you seek in the circumstances. I am not entirely sure where Miss Jones stands on this. As I understand, she is not present and not represented. Is that right?

2. MR HAFEJEE: Indeed, my Lord. I have actually handed up her statement of service.

3. MR JUSTICE OUSELEY: (Handed). Thank you. Yes.

4. MR HAFEJEE: I have in the draft order, my Lord, taken the option of having the caveat of respondent having permission to apply giving three days' written notice to the applicant.

5. MR JUSTICE OUSELEY: Good, I was going to suggest that be included. Could you hand it to the associate.

6. MR HAFEJEE: There is no application for costs either, my Lord.

7. MR JUSTICE OUSELEY: Thank you.
