1. Case management directions dated 26 November 2024 provided as follows: 1. By no later than 4pm on 2 December 2024 the liquidator (on behalf of the Appellant) shall confirm in writing to the tribunal copied to the Respondent: a. That it wishes to withdraw the appeal, or b. That it intends to actively pursue the appeal. 2. Failure to comply with this direction shall automatically lead to the striking out of these proceedings without further order. 2. The liquidator, on behalf of the appellant, has failed to comply by 4pm on 2 December 2024 and the appeal is accordingly struck out.
